ENGLISH COTTAGE GARDEN

The English Cottage Garden Nursery is a small nursery situated in a lovely part of Kent on the edge of the Romney Marsh. We grow a wide variety of cottage plants, wildflowers and herbs, the majority of which are not easily found in garden centres, and all are grown in peat-free coir compost.

Over time, we have developed almost a passion for wildflowers and herbs and the plants we grow reflect this - for example, you can buy not only common native plants such as Herb Robert, Cowslips, Red Clover or Toadflax, but also those less common and sometimes rare in the wild, such as Meadow Clary and Spiked Speedwell. Our herb plants also reflect a similar diversity - Parsley and Thyme can be found "rubbing shoulders" with Black Cohosh and Chocolate Peppermint.

All our products are GMO Free; most items are certified organic; no animal testing; many products suitable for vegans; kind to the environment; pure and natural organically-grown cotton, herbs and essential oils. Ideal for sensitive skin.

HERBS FROM WALES

We concentrate on our organically field grown herbs and drying them for culinary, medicinal and aromatic purposes.

Our herbal tea bag range will be extended as demand increases. Comfrey Ointment and Chickweed Ointment are now available - home made and without any chemicals added.
We custom grow specific herbs and dry them to order. Please do not hesitate to ask. We occasionally have plants for sale, again please ask!

ITS ELIXIR

We don't make such Alchemic promises at here its elixir but we do stock an impressive range of Aromatherapy products, Essential Oils (over 100 oils available), Skin Care products, Incense, Natural Candles and Herbal Supplements all of which can help improve your quality of life.

All our products are sourced or manufactured with the aim of offering our customers quality at fair prices and are hand crafted here in Cumbria or provided by trusted suppliers, such as Bio-Health, Montagne Jeunesse, Amphora, Ancient Wisdom & Edom.
