Our team of Head Chefs select only the freshest ingredients and our menus are carefully planned. Champneys does not encourage fasting or radical diet changes. Our cuisine relies on the principles of moderation, balance and variety.
Champneys Springs offers two separate dining areas offering breakfast and lunch in a relaxed buffet style and a three-course specially selected Dinner.
Champneys Springs offer a range of the finest treatments from the New Champneys Collection, Babor, Tisserand and Elemis. You could try the signature Springs treatment, the Seaweed Floatation or rejuvenate in the thalassotherapy salt water pool.

For football lovers there is our full-size football pitch, which has attracted many premier football teams.
