    Aldwark Manor, Yorkshire is a splendid 60 bedroom Victorian Manor house set in acres of natural park land, with the River Ure meandering through the grounds.

The Aldwark Manor has recently been upgraded to four star status and was extended in 2002, with the architecture of the new purpose built bedroom, conference and restaurant extension blending harmoniously with the existing Manor building. The interior decor is very contemporary, providing a stunning visual contrast to the existing classical decor of the Manor House - joining the old with the new in a remarkable way.

There is a fine restaurant at Aldwark Manor, which has been awarded 2 AA rosettes, as well as an informal golfers bistro style bar restaurant and a comfortable bar lounge. For those fine days, Aldwark Manor has a terrace patio overlooking the golf course outside the main bar and there are comfortable lounge areas for you to relax in.

All Aldwark Manor bedrooms have a private bathroom and are equipped with colour television with satellite channels, radio, direct dial telephone, hospitality tray and hairdryer.

Aldwark Manor boasts some of the country's most picturesque golf scenery. The challenging 18 hole golf course surrounding the hotel is almost 6,500 yards long and is bordered by ancient oak and beech trees, offering an idyllic location for a round of golf.

To relax and revitalise, the hotel has a large purpose built leisure centre with luxurious facilities, including indoor heated pool, spa, steam room, upright solarium, gymnasium, drench showers, relaxation lounge, beauty salon and massage room.
