They bring a vaso-dilatation of dermal tissues and help the penetration of mineral elements. They prevent vaso-constriction. The temperature is 34 to 37°C, a 'medical' temperature which helps blood circulation, relieves or cures cramps with the warming of muscles and relieves aches. They must not be longer than 15 minutes to avoid organism saturation.
For phebologic treatments, heavy legs particularly. The pool is filled with 50 cm water at 18°C animated with an opposite stream on pebbles. Alternating between a cold and hot temperature greatly helps blood circulation in the legs.
